Need to cancel your order for interior design service? Our team would never interfere with your decision. We would help you to get the refund, based on our cancellation policy.

Know the cancellation rules

For some personal issues, our clients can think of cancelling interior design project after paying 10% of the real project value. Our team will refund you half of that amount. You may cancel the order at any time before placing the final order of the project.

However, we do not refund you any amount, when you have paid 50% of the project value. Still, we would take the right step to solve the problem, for which you think of cancelling the order. You may also ask us to help you in the desired way. We would be successful, if we manage your issues.

These cancellation policies are applicable for any type of interior design project in housing, office, retail, corporate, healthcare, industrial, hospitality & recreation, and institutional centre.

Replacement or cancellation of products

Consultation on the interior design- When we have chosen a product during our interior design consultation session, you can remove or replace it. You need to do it before placing the sales order.

Final order for interior design–

Our team always offers you custom product for residential or commercial interior design project in India. As we place the custom order, you cannot modify, cancel or replace the item after the placement of final sales order. Thus, you have to make sure that you have ordered the right item for your home/office interior design.

How do I apply your store credits?

The store credits, available at Interior Designs Studio, are useful for buying furniture sets from our store. However, with these credits, you cannot buy the appliances and curtains and other soft decorative elements for your home or commercial spaces. To get the detailed information on what you can purchase, you may contact to our team.

Do your store credits have limited validity?

There is no validity limit of our store credits. You may make your deal anytime by applying those store credits.

Are the store credits and cash are exchangeable?

Presently, we do not have this option for your cancellation order. We will process your cancellation order as the store credits for Interior Designs Studio.

Why do you refund only 50% of the booking amount?

At Interior Designs Studio, we are proud that we offer quality service to our residential or corporate clients. Thus, before starting the design process, we consult with our clients about the design concepts, applicable to our home/ office or other centers. Our designers spend much time and effort for it. That is why we cannot refund you the full amount.
